Health Guarantee

Puppies are sold solely as pets and not for breeding purposes.

Each puppy undergoes a thorough health examination before being released. If a life-threatening congenital defect is diagnosed within one year from birth, a refund may be considered. This will be upon providing written documentation from two independent veterinarians. Also, alongside a detailed description of the issue.

However, speculative or inconclusive diagnoses do not qualify for refunds.

The Seller is not liable for faults, diseases, or disorders due to negligence by the Buyer.

Common ailments like hookworms, demodex, hernias, and others are not covered.

Severe hip dysplasia must be confirmed by x-ray and graded severe, while mild dysplasia is not covered due to uncertainties in its origin.

Refunds for severe spinal abnormalities are determined case by case considering the dog’s quality of life and the necessity of surgery.

In the event of sudden death, a necropsy must be performed at the Buyer’s expense, with conclusive evidence of congenital defects.

The Seller isn’t responsible for any veterinary expenses once the puppy leaves their possession. Additionally, common conditions like Coccidiosis, Giardia, and kennel cough are not covered.

Buyer must authorize the release of medical records for review within 72 hours of notifying the Seller of a problem. Pet insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen medical expenses.

The Buyer bears the responsibility of ensuring adequate pet insurance coverage.

Lastly, the Sales Contract is non-transferable and becomes void if the Buyer relinquishes ownership of the dog.
