Also, it is the responsibility of the new owner to take their new puppy to see their vet within the first 72 hours of getting the Frenchie puppy at. It is very important that in case of any issues, we are to be notified immediately. If you delay then there is chance you may lose your health guarantee. We urge that you check the puppy with your vet and notify us in case of any health problems.
We would also like to inform you that this guarantee does not cover any issues caused by accidents or injuries after receiving your puppy.
The guarantee period starts from the day you receive your mini french bulldog and lasts for 1 year.

What Our Guarantee Covers:
- Our health guarantee covers all birth , genetic and congenital defects. This is for a period of 2 years after receiving your French Bulldog puppy at your home.
- We also cover congenital diseases as well as genetic diseases. Note that these diseases may not show up for months or years and they may cause a disability. sometime in the future. These may sometimes include heart, kidney and liver issues. We cover them all.
- For five days after the arrival of your new mini French bulldog puppy, our health guarantee covers all health related viruses. This includes Corona virus, distemper and parvo viruses.
- Your Frenchie puppy is also guaranteed against severe hip dysplasia. This makes the puppy/dog show unusual walking mannerisms.

What Our Guarantee Doesn't Cover:

- We do not cover any issues that is caused by the environment , stress or anything beyond our control once your mini French bulldog puppy is safe and sound at your home. This includes things like kennel cold, pneumonia, cold stc.

- Furthermore, we do not cover curable diseases such as localized mange, cherry eye, bladder stones, inverted eyelids, inverted tails, grade 1 and 2 heart murmur, grade 1, 2, 3, and 4 patellar luxations, and testicular problems. Note that our vet checks the mini french bulldog puppy thoroughly before delivery
- Once you receive your new Mini french bulldog puppy at home, you are responsible for booking his vaccination and medical check ups. You are responsible for all costs incurred.

Claim
In case your mini French Bulldog puppy for sale is diagnosed or should die from any of the issues covered by this health guarantee, then you will receive a different puppy of equivalent value. We will also cover the delivery cost of the puppy.
Requirements for our health guarantee to be claimed:
- You must inform us of any and all health related issues immediately to know about it. WE strongly recommend you do not waste any time.
- You will provide an official letter from your vet. This should include the name of your mini French bulldog as well as date of birth and microchip number. Thus must be scanned and sent by email or fax to us within 24 hours after the vet has examined the Frenchie puppy. Also make sure this letter is very clear and precise, describing exactly what the issue is, if there are any symptoms and what tests have been done.
- Note that we also have the right to seek confirmation from a 2nd vet of our choice.
- Furthermore, we may or may not require pictures of videos of the mini French bulldog so we can analyze the severity of the issue.
- Whenever there is a hip dysplasia, we often ask for a radiograph. We would also like the report to contain the name of the hospital where the radiograph is being made, the date, the name of the vet in charged, the name of the mini French bulldog as well as the microchip number.
- Finally, our licensed vet will obviously examine and validate everything before we proceed to grant your request.
